Oleter Group expands and strengthens footprint across four cities in Norway through strategic acquisition
Oleter Group acquires Bygg og Skadeservice AS that is a well-stablished local player with a long history delivering building and damage assignments, particularly for insurance companies, across its four branches in Sandnessjøen, Brønnøysund, Mosjøen, and Mo i Rana in the Helgeland region in Northern Norway.
“This acquisition, adding 35 skilled employees and approximately NOK 45 million in turnover, marks our strategic ambitions for robust business growth and development in the region”, highlights Pål Nygaard, Country Manager and CEO Norway. “Expanding our operational reach, this acquisition replaces our prior franchise agreement with Bygg og Skadeservice AS from 2023, establishing our proprietary operations in Sandnessjøen, Brønnøysund, and Mosjøen, while further fortifying our existing presence in Mo i Rana. This will enhance our service offering and make us more attractive to our customers as we now progress towards achieving 100% coverage in Northern Norway, setting us apart as a unique and comprehensive service provider in the Norwegian landscape”.
