Ocab Group Holding AB Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

We are proud to present Ocab Group Holding AB’s first combined Annual and Sustainability Report. Here we describe who we are, the value we create for our customers as well as how we manage our business. At Ocab, we work purposefully to improve our working methods and processes and to clarify roles and responsibilities. We will continuously strive to become more efficient and reduce the risk of deviations.

In addition to having the best leaders and best people we strive to become more data-driven to support decisions and understand the impact those decisions have, not only on the financials, but also on the environment, climate and the well-being of our employees. By educating and providing environmentally friendly solutions such as pressure drying instead of demolishing and building new, we save money for our customers and reduce the negative impact on the environment.

When I look back at 2023, I do so with pride. Pride in the approximately 2,300 employees at Ocab who quickly come and help people who have been affected of, for example, a water or fire damage. A big thank you to our employees, partners and not least our customers for the trust you place in us.
