In our annual and sustainability report, we describe who we are, what value we create for our customers, how we manage our business and the development during the year.

In 2024, Ocab took a major step in its Nordic expansion by establishing operations in Finland through the company VV-Kuivaus. The Group is now present in four countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with over 2,500 employees in 130 locations. The goal is to be quickly on site when our customers suffer damage such as flooding or fires.

We build on our common ground – The Ocab Way – which defines our leadership, culture and values. A particular focus has been on cultural and employee issues during the year. By combining a local presence with the strength of a larger organization, we create good conditions for continued development.

In 2024, the operations in Norway and Denmark also changed their name to Ocab, which means that we now operate under a common brand in three out of four countries.
Climate change and increased damage volumes make our role increasingly important. During the year, several steps were also taken in sustainability and digitalisation – including validated climate targets according to the Science Based Targets initiative and new digital tools for customer management.

I am proud of our employees and look forward to continuing to develop Ocab together with our teams throughout the Nordic region.
