Ocab Group Holding AB Annual and Sustainability Report 2025

In our annual and sustainability report, we describe who we are, the value we create for our customers and how our business developed during the year.

2025 was a year of change for Ocab. After two years of exceptionally high damage volumes across the Nordic region, levels returned to normal. We used this shift to prioritise quality, transparency and efficiency, adapting our organisation to a more normal damage year while protecting our delivery capacity, customer relationships and market position. Where needed, we acted early and consistently to build a more robust company.

Even with fewer damage incidents, we kept our strong position in damage management in all four Nordic countries. Our customer partnerships remained stable, and we did not lose any strategically important contracts during the year. Towards the end of 2025, activity picked up and the number of orders grew, a sign that the need for professional damage management remains strong.

In Sweden, clearer governance, better project management and shorter lead times improved how we work day to day, and we broadened our range of emergency and property services. Finland had a stable year, and the acquisition of Särkänlaita strengthened our presence and expertise in the market. In Denmark and Norway the year was more demanding, and we carried out determined improvement work to strengthen our operations and organisation, work we expect to see the results of in 2026.

Alongside this, we continued to develop complementary services such as pest control, property services and digital tools that broaden our offering and make the business more resilient over time.

I am proud of our employees and the work they have done in a demanding year. Ocab enters 2026 in a more balanced and stronger position, and I look forward to continuing to develop the company together with our teams across the Nordic region.
